We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. If you are eligible for a return Effn Clothing will provide a credit note valid for 365 days upon the return of your item.
A store credit will be provided the returned item meets the following criteria:
Returns for refund are not available for any items purchased within a promotional period, this includes the use of promotional codes or discounts. We are unable to offer exchanges due to the limited stock we keep on hand.
If you ordered the incorrect size please contact email@example.com immediately for this to be changed and updated. Please be aware there is no guarantee that we will be able to adjust your order after it has been placed.
1. Check your item meets the Returns Criteria:
- Item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item is unworn, unwashed and not damaged in anyway.
- Original packaging and tags are attached.
2. Package up the item that you wish to send back to us (we recommend using the original packing bag )
3. Print and fill out the Returns Slip - which can be found HERE
Please note the Returns Slip MUST be included in your returns order or your return will NOT be processed.
4. Post the order back to us at Effn Clothing
5. Once you have posted your order back send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your Order Number and return Tracking Number.
Failure to follow these steps correctly will result in your return not being processed and your item will be returned back to you at your own cost.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Please note, once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected, you will be contacted and receive a credit note to the value of the item.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The item/s MUST be in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Effn Clothing has the right to deny any item/s that are not in the original condition and appear to be worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way will be refused. If the item does not meet the original condition, the returned items WILL NOT be sent back to the customer.
Return costs are at your own expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend getting a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact email@example.com with supporting images and we will assess as to what action to take next. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Effn Clothing. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
* Please note that we MUST be contacted within 7 business days of receiving your parcel to make a claim that the product was received faulty or the item you received was not what you ordered.
NO returns or exchanges on any Pre - Order items.
No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
All sale items are FINAL. No cancellations exchanges or returns.
COST OF RETURN
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from Effn Clothing, We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
If the item is faulty, Effn Clothing will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
Please note, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered returned parcels.
